Beautiful product but doesn't ventilate well

We had our range hood professionally installed with a custom box so that it comes down about 1.5 feet from the ceiling. The vent sounds powerful enough, but it doesn't fully clear the kitchen of smoke or food smells. Seems like other people have had a good experience so I'm hoping Forno can help me troubleshoot this.

Power full exhaust.

It was shipped quickly, and it is a very powerful exhaust. It looks excellent and has a strong construction. The only problem is the lack of an operating system. The remote control is very weak and has to be placed very close to the unit and in one location to make it work. A strong remote control is needed, and it is also required to operate from the switch.

Having an issue

We just had this hood installed, it is very loud and rattles, we’re looking for some warranty help.

brand new - looks fantastic

This range hood was just installed yesterday. I have not used it yet; however, it looks fantastic in my kitchen!

So far, so good.

Our old house didn't have a range hood so we were constantly setting off the smoke alarms when cooking. Had the Forno recessed vent installed and have been happy with it so far.

Sleek

This range hood is perfect for my island range. 1200cfm moves a lot of air. So happy with how this all came together.

Works great

We love the look of this hood in our kitchen. It has a beautiful glow when the lights are on.

Very sleek and modern

Love the sleek and modern look of the unit. I'm glad I chose this flush mount style of range hood to keep the cooktop area in my island looking clean. The remote control is a little glitchy though.
